When Ross planned his dream proposal in Kauai, everything seemed perfect—until the engagement ring he ordered online hit a snag and wouldn’t be ready in time. Not one to let a setback ruin the moment, Ross pivoted and reached out to us. He booked an appointment to design the engagement ring alongside his girlfriend during their visit, but he also wanted something meaningful to present to her right away.
