This is one of our all time favorites. Rob is an amazing guy who has been married to his wife Chris for 11 years, and they are some of the most wonderful giving people you've ever met. Rob had recently retired from a successful career and wanted something to commemorate that accomplishment as well as his love for his wife who's been with hi through good times and bad. She wanted to have a 4 carat or above natural yellow diamond, but as for the ring design, she wanted to explore different options and design with us until she thought it was perfect. Our first meeting, we had a lot of different ideas thrown around about diamonds on bridges, multiple halos, different shades of yellow, and we came up with a really beautiful ring, but it wasn't perfect. Over the next few weeks, our team was able to work together with Rob and Chris to make, truly, one of the most breathtaking masterpieces we've ever seen. It has a very high class simple look to it, with gorgeous peekaboo blue sapphires under a stunning bezel set 7.04 carat yellow diamond. The shank is made of platinum, while the basket and double halos are both set in 18k yellow gold to bring out the yellow color of the diamond. The center stone is an incredible find. We worked tirelessly to find the absolute perfect stone and were able to find a near flawless 7 carat cushion cut diamond for them, for the price we had expected for a 4 or 5 carat stone. Now Chris proudly wears this gorgeous ring every single day and Rob knows he truly did the absolute best he could have hoped for. If you have the pleasure of seeing this ring in person, ask, politely, if you can see this gorgeous stone. There aren't many like it in the world.
